The power of solid fuel burners is linked to the energy yield of the material and the humidity contained. The nominal values of the power above are indicative for solid pelletized fuels with thermal power equal to 4,500 kcal/kg and contained humidity equal to 12-14%.
If an exchanger is installed after the burner for the production of hot air or in any case another carrier for the transport of energy, it is necessary to take into account the efficiency coefficient of the same exchanger for the correct sizing of the burner.

CLEAN AND EFFICIENT COMBUSTION

The advanced combustion technology of industrial boilers achieves emissions levels similar to those of a modern gas combustion system and maintains CO and NOx releases at levels that match those of an advanced fossil fuel heating system. Furthermore, unlike oil and gas, biomass is a renewable and CO2-neutral source of energy. When used together with our digital power modulating control, ERCOLE industrial burners reach efficiency levels of up to 90%.
