KAPA ENGINEERING'S INNOVATIVE DRYERS DO NOT HAVE THE EFFECT OF BIOMASS CARAMELIZATION
Using low temperatures for drying without caramelizing while providing large quantities of dry air which is the means for moisture removal. The air enters from the special vents at every meter of the path and must be sucked up at the end of each treatment line. Therefore, with minimal consumption as the heat required is low, excellent drying is achieved without browning of the material which preserves the natural smell without any bad smell. With the dedicated cyclone, every trace of dust is captured while the condenser recovers the condensate and the residual heat of the steam, contributing to further energy savings. Also innovative are the biomass burners, built by us, which provide the dryers with the energy necessary for their operation. With direct flue conduction or with the exchanger for machines that handle food, they are always ready to face any energy request for wetter materials or climatic conditions
